Healthy Carrot Bread 2. Chocolate Quinoa Cake. What you need:1 cup dates 3 tbsp peanut butter 1/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped1 tbsp chia seed 2/3 cup oatsTo coatCocoa powderToasted pistachio, crushed Toasted sesame seeds Putting it together:1. Soak the dates in hot water for 15 mins to soften, remove the seeds. Drain the water. Blend to a rough paste.2. Add in the peanut butter, dark chocolate, chia seeds and oats and blend to a rough paste. Using your hands roll them into balls and lay out neatly.3. Coat the truffles in cocoa, crushed pistachio OR sesame seeds individually.
