Healthy Date & Oats Truffles







Energy balls turn into glam truffles with the goodness of dates and nut butters. No dairy fat and processed sugar. These addictive truffles are vegan as well.

If you are looking for some healthy desserts, try this:

What you need:

1 cup dates 3 tbsp peanut butter 1/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped

1 tbsp chia seed 2/3 cup oats


To coat

Cocoa powder

Toasted pistachio, crushed

Toasted sesame seeds



Putting it together:

1. Soak the dates in hot water for 15 mins to soften, remove the seeds. Drain the water. Blend to a rough paste.

2. Add in the peanut butter, dark chocolate, chia seeds and oats and blend to a rough paste. Using your hands roll them into balls and lay out neatly.

3. Coat the truffles in cocoa, crushed pistachio OR sesame seeds individually.
